Through the application form: name, contact details, position preference and experience summary. If your application progresses: seaman's book, STCW certificates, passport, medical report and criminal record. Some of these are special category personal data and are processed with your explicit consent.

Your data is used only to assess your application, match you with a suitable position and run the employer process. It is not used for marketing and not sold to third parties.

The retention period and destruction policy will be finalised with the company's approval. You may request deletion of your data at any time after your application concludes.

You have the right to access your data and to request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can send your request through our contact channels; the application channel and response time will be added to this text with the company's approval.
