Questions specific to this position

Are inexperienced deck ratings accepted?

Sometimes possible on domestic routes, harder internationally. The realistic route is to gain experience domestically and then move abroad — we tell you that plainly rather than dressing it up.

Will heights and weather be a problem?

Deck work happens outdoors and at times at height. If you have a fear of heights or balance issues this position may not suit you; let us talk about it openly in the consultation.
